I came here because I thought that this was an objective, well-reasoned forum, and all I
see is a bunch of whiny-ass babies who decide they're going to get all thier snopes
friends together and gang up on people who don't agree with them. I can count the number
of posts where I didn't get verbally sodomized for posting an opinion and not producing so
much fucking validation even seixon could get it on one hand! And I noticed a disturbing
little trend that trollface, beachlife, noemi, and dwarfoi get to say things to me that
they'd get banned for saying to anyone else, but if I confront it on the forum, I got that
bitch jenn up MY ass, telling me that I'm "crossing the line", and hinting how
she'd love to ban me.
Well, here's your fucking chance!
Fuck you all... don't even inform me that I got banned, because I don't even want to have
that much to do with you fuckwits anymore. those of you I'm still nice enough towards, I
got your messenger names from your emails, I'll talk to you. The rest of you- go straight

ETA: By the way, Kyo, you should see what the Darwin Awards forum is like. They've
had problems with flames up the wazoo before; it was really hectic a couple years ago when
one guy (I believe his name was Reverd Mykeru) decided to be a general pain the ass.
ETA2: I haven't the foggiest what she's talking about. I always thought that the people
she mentioned were civil-minded human beings; anyone else think otherwise?

Well said, exactly what I've been
thinking for a while, but thought I was the only one, and therefor a cynical bitch. After
that little outburst I won't hold back, most of your stories made me think BULLSH*T! Your
woe is me stories really hit a nerve, even more so when decent posters took the time to
respond to such drivel, and the proliferance of inane posts annoyed me.
It is my opinion that Trollface, Beachlife and Neomi always have a fair point to make and
do so in a polite manner.
If you were hoping for people to rally round and support you, plead with you not to leave,

Just FYI - since apparently I'm on
of the ones this was aimed it (I replied to a post of hers and cross referenced another
one from earlier today). Two discussions going on in here and here . Apparently Kyo felt ganged up on and as you see above expressed
her opinion.
Looking at the names che cited (aside from knowing I'm one she meant but didn't name). I
have to agree with mama boid. If more than one person has a problem, may want to check the
mirror. Esp since a couple of the folks she did name have traditionally held, shall we say
"differing opinions."

I had been trying to find some
common ground and avoiding the really faling discussion she'd posted, but I suppose my

Well, I think possibly you don't
realize that all of us, even those in the field of a particular topic, post with an
implied "correct me if I'm wrong." And we do, and they do. Sometimes someone
correcting us is a learning experience.
I'm sorry you felt ganged up on, but I'm sorrier still that you blasted people I respect
and care about.
I hope you take some lessons from this. Anyone can be an ass, as long as you learn from
it.
